Because of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) Emergency and State and Federal bans on large meetings or gatherings and pursuant to Governor Cuomo’s Executive Order 220.1 issued on March 12, 2020 suspending the Open Meetings Law, and Governor Cuomo’s issuance of Executive Order 202.60 on September 4, 2020, extending the virtual meeting allowance to be held remotely until October 4, 2020, the Broome County Industrial Development Agency (“The Agency”) Board Meeting scheduled for September 16, 2020 at 12:00 p.m., will be held electronically via webinar instead of a public meeting open for the public to attend in person.
