The secret life of schools in the summertime (via Pressconnects)

Inside Windsor’s A.F. Palmer Elementary School classroom one Monday in late July, students leaf through books to the sounds of classical strings on CD.  Elsewhere in the school, teachers help children conduct science experiments, join games in an outdoor gym class, and assemble arts and crafts.
